Do I need to pay for my upgrade or support annually?
No, you will have free upgrade and support for lifetime. Our dedicated supporters are always glad to assist you at any concern.
What is your policy for refund or cancelling?
You can only reduce or cancel once you have reached the term of your agreement. All User subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year. Customers must provide written notice of cancellation or reduction at least 30 days before their contract auto-renewal date for us at email@example.com. For Life-time package, the refund period is valid for the first 30days of your purchase for your full refund. If the product is proved to be faulty (customization is not a product flaw) or it is believed to be advertise incorrectly

Can I ask SimiCart to publish the app for me?
